Graduation and Degree Completion Requirements

Application for Graduation Instructions:

  1. Login to .
  2. In the search field, enter "apply to graduate."
  3. Select the 鈥淎pply to Graduate鈥� tile.
  4. Curriculum Selection: Choose the term in which you will complete all degree requirements.
  5. Graduation Date Selection: Choose the date for your commencement ceremony (this may differ from your degree conferral term). Note: No summer commencement ceremonies.
  6. Diploma Name: Select the name to be printed on your diploma.
  7. Diploma Mailing Address: Provide the address for diploma delivery.

Continuous Enrollment

If you have no courses remaining but need to fulfill other degree requirements, you must enroll in a Continuous Enrollment credit for a $50 fee. Complete the Continuous Enrollment form, obtain your advisor's signature, and submit it to gradaffairs@radford.edu. Students must be enrolled during the semester their degree is conferred.

Certificate Completion

If you are completing a certificate, fill out the Certificate Completion form and attach the completed check sheet from your department. Submit both to gradaffairs@radford.edu during the term you finish your certificate requirements.
