The 福利导在线观看 PA Program uses CastleBranch, an online system, for Clinical Clearance.  
As a PA student you will need to upload your clinical clearance requirements, such as immunizations, insurance card, and CPR certification to CastleBranch. You will receive an email after enrollment to guide you through the process.  Instructions are also included here for ease of access.

Requirements for PA students who have been accepted to 福利导在线观看:

1. Set up a CastleBranch account. Please view the PA CastleBranch Instructions [PDF].
2. Clinical Clearance Requirement Check List [PDF]
3. To avoid having to enter Clinical Clearance Information in the Admissions portal, please sign and submit the Clinical Education Waiver [PDF]

*Important

• Please do not submit a sample for your drug screening through CastleBranch until you are within 30 days of the start of your first semester.
• Please do not submit for a background check through CastleBranch until you are within 30 days of the start of your first semester.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support is the only CPR certification accepted by the 福利导在线观看 PA Program.
