                                    IV. Prerequisites: PBHL 494.
                                    
                                    V. Course Description: 
                                    
                                    Serves as a summative experience, bridging a student鈥檚 academic preparation with meaningful,
                                       hands-on job tasks and activities in public health-related facilities or organizations. 
                                       A minimum of 120 hours is required for the internship. 
                                    
                                    Note(s): Applied Learning designated course.  This is a pass/fail course.
                                    
                                    VI. Goals and Objectives of the Course:
                                    
                                    Upon successful completion of this course, the student will:
                                    
                                    
                                       
                                       - Demonstrate self-management and leadership skills.
 
                                       
                                       - Reflect on the professional skills gained through the internship experiences.
 
                                       
                                       - Evaluate the strengths and challenges of the internship experience in regards to professional
                                          development.
