On the rise
Last fall, 福利导在线观看 saw its undergraduate totals rise by nearly 1,100 enrollments, or about 20% over 2023, from 5,074 to 6,161.
A took note of that upswing and examined some of the factors behind the jump, including enhanced affordability 鈥� largely through the school鈥檚 new Tuition Promise 鈥� as well as recruiting efforts, enhanced engagement, a recent rebrand and an updated website.
鈥淥ne of the things we did was re-engage with the high schools, the communities, the commuters within range here, to show that we are here for them, and specifically we鈥檙e trying to help their communities,鈥� President Bret Danilowicz told Virginia Business.
鈥淲e leaned into our very hands-on experiences [with] students in the classroom, that we鈥檝e got a very small student-to-faculty profile,鈥� he added. 鈥淲e really leaned into being an affordable institution.鈥�

It鈥檚 been 11 years since Matthew Bagley 鈥�15 鈥� then an aspiring musician 鈥� was suddenly invited onto the Bondurant Auditorium stage to play alongside jazz great Chick Corea during a concert.

Mack sat down with Style Weekly for an interview and discussed such topics as how he made his way into music production and live performance, dealing with the sensory condition synesthesia, the advice he got from his saxophonist father and the plans he鈥檚 made for his festival performance.
鈥淚 say this on every stage I get on: It鈥檚 about all of us and our experience. It鈥檚 not just me,鈥� he explained. 鈥淲hen people come to a show, they鈥檙e coming to experience and have a good time and make memories. So, I really try to read the people and go off of what they鈥檙e feeling.鈥�
