Headshot of Shuhong Wang

I鈥檓 an associate professor in the Department of Management in the Davis College of Business and Economics at 福利导在线观看 in Virginia, USA. I joined the COBE faculty in 2009 after completing my Ph.D. in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

I earned undergraduate and master鈥檚 degrees in economics in Beijing and spent a few years working as an auditor and accountant in the finance and accounting industry. During that time, I became increasingly fascinated by the dynamics of human behavior in the workplace, which ultimately led me to pursue doctoral training in human resources management with a research focus on behavioral and cultural related issues.

My research focuses on creativity in the workplace, leadership, and idiosyncratic employment arrangements, particularly in cross-cultural contexts.
