Non-Degree and Non-Credit Coursework

Credit Courses

福利导在线观看 offers graduate-level courses for professionals across many academic areas. Some are open enrollment, while others are offered through specific grants or contractual arrangements. With prior approval from a program director, non-degree students may register for many regularly scheduled graduate courses.

  • Non-degree students are typically limited to 6 credit hours of graduate coursework.
  • Students who need more than 6 hours must consult with the academic program director before enrolling.
  • A full list of courses is available on the Registrar鈥檚 website.

Professional Licensure and Certification

Students who wish to take graduate courses for initial licensure or certification may be admitted as professional licensure students. These applicants must meet the general non-degree admission requirements, and some licensure or endorsement programs may have additional requirements (see the for details).

Changing to a Degree Program

Courses taken as a non-degree or licensure/certification student usually do not count toward a graduate degree. However, students who later decide to pursue a degree may petition the Office of Graduate Affairs, through the appropriate department, to transfer up to 9 credit hours (with grades of 鈥淏鈥 or better) earned at 福利导在线观看. To protect the potential value of coursework toward a degree, students are strongly encouraged to apply for admission into a degree program as soon as possible.

Non-Credit Programs

For those interested in professional development or lifelong learning without academic credit, the University offers a variety of workshops and conferences.
